1.How long after the dress is ordered does it take to come in?
Gowns, such as bridal, bridesmaids, flower girls, and Mother of the Brides, all take a standard of 10-12 weeks from most companies.

Sometimes the companies have the dress, or dresses in hanging stock; If so, the dress can be received as quickly as 24 hours to a week with no additional charge.

If they do not have hanging stock, many companies also have rush deliveries. Rush deliveries require a fee, which is different for each company. Shipping depends on style, fabric, origin, and company.

2. How can I pay for my dress once I've made my decision?
Credit card, checks, or money orders can be mailed with an order form to our address. Half down to place an order, balance is required 7 ( Seven ) days from receipt of merchandise by store. With rush orders credit card is the best form of payment to insure fast delivery.

3. Do you have plus sizes?
All companies have up to a 24; other companies go up to a 42. However, you do need to be made aware that over a 16, (18 for some companies), there is an additional charge.

4. How do I measure to insure the best size?
Once a deposit is made the customer service staff will assist you in picking out the best size.

If you really are planning to lose weight it might be a good idea to go with a smaller size, make sure to tell customer service of your plans.

Seamstresses can work miracles. Don't quite panic, wait until they see it on.

5.. Do I need to make an appointment to come into the store and look around?
It is always recommended to make an appointment, it helps us assist you more thoroughly although there are no appointments needed. Walk ins are more than welcome.
